“Fantastic practise. I had some horrendous experiences with Adelaide Street and South king Street due to loss of medical records and complete negligence on behalf of administrative stafd. Sarah The practise manager and the reception team have been absolutely fantastic in helping me find the missing records. Compared to some of the other surgeries I've had the unfortunate pleasure of these guys are a breath of fresh air. They've been helpful friendly and courteous which as I say is a change from dealing with Adelaide Street on a daily basis.”
