The lady was called Julie and it was an absolute pleasure to be served by her she went above and beyond to help me. Her knowledge was very helpful and she helped me pick a winter pair of shoes.Also a big shout out to El who was really friendly and helpful .In this day and and age it's not very often you get such good customer service like I experienced today. “I was on my way to Costa when I noticed the scones in the counter here - they looked lovely so I thought I’d try it out! I had a large latte and it was excellent. Well made and good temperature. Far superior to Costa and the scone was soft and delicious too. Definitely recommend coming here if you’re in the Mall.”
