“Exceptional customer service, recently attended Preston branch to get my daughter's feet measured and to buy some winter boots, my daughter is 19 and has a learning difficulty. We were served by Elaine, who was attentive and superb in all aspects of communicating with us and my daughter and allowing her to enjoy the shoe shopping experience with great glee and excitement. This is our 2nd visit - once in summer for sandals and this time for boots, both such lovely experiences, this time made possible by the friendly in-store team and Elaines exceptional customer service. “Went to Clarks Deepdale Preston on two occasions for my children's shoes. I am pleased to write that on both occasions we received fabulous customer service. Both customer service assistants were fantastics- Safwah and Maliha.
My little boy has extra wide feet and needed to be measured. When a size was not availble, I was given alternative options. It was also explained to me about the different sizing and they were very patient with me and helped me to understand (i suffer from anxiety and do not always fully understand things first time). They were also patient with my son who was very excited to be getting dinosaur shoes. I really felt at ease and very valued, hence my returning to the same store for my other child. Thankyou so much and please can you thank both Safwah and Maliha for their exceptional customer service. They were extremely kind and attentive, both with me and my children and should definitely be commended.
I would not hesitate in anyone going to this branch. You will be treated with respect, valued as a customer and provided with top quality service.

“It's a big store, lots of different sections, it has a big car park, and there is an open changing room you can use.

Whether it's busy or not so much it's a guarantee you will always have a bit of a wait at the tills.”

“Really nice store all staff are lovely and always on hand to help and give advice. Only thing different is the 2 big sale's July + boxing day. These sale's were really good always look forward to going to them. For the 1s that took the time to go to the stores good bargains were had. With online at one time were only available an hour after the store's opening. The 2 big sales everything in store were half price or less. Anything what was in the store the day before sale were in the sale. From display light fittings, settee's the lot. Now there's more new arrival's then sale. With less people in store. Next must see the difference in footfall at the 2 sale's.with the change. What every town and city needs are people to be out to keep them open and people in there jobs”

“Great just don’t have much petite clothing. What I tried on (petite black jeggings) they were still too long and were ridiculously loose in the calves. Ended up going to Matalan which had a better petite range and is cheaper.”

“Traveled from Morecambe to look at purchasing a suit for a black tie event, the assistant was very helpfull and knowledgeable, he even stayed longer than he should have to help me out. 5 stars isn’t enough. Well done. Unfortunately I didn’t get a name, older gentleman slim build that started his career in a small shop.”

“We saw an advert for a kids free meal if an adult spent £5. On arrival the cafe was very busy and it took some time to arrange five seats together. All of the six seat booths were full, mostly of two or three people having long conversations drinking a tea or coffee. When “booth number four” became available three elderly people moved from their three seats by the window to claim it, just in front of us, and then refused to give it up for the five of us. We moved chairs from around the room and got five seats together. When “booth number one” became available we quickly claimed it for the five of us only to be told by the guy on the cash desk that he had a party of six that he wanted to seat there and we already had five seats. A very reasonable request considering that I had previously asked the three elderly people the same which they refused, so we moved back to our cramped five seats. The couples at either side of us quickly finished their meals and left. Three boisterous under 11s are not the kind of clientele normally at this cafe. The meals were just right for lunchtime and unbelievably good value. £31 worth of food and drinks for £9! I have been a frequent customer of the cafe for many years and the food and drink quality is always good. Standing up for so long looking for seats, however, is stressful and tiring for me. If Management really want families to use the cafe then at busy times Management might perhaps put a sign on the booths that they are for a minimum party size of four! Or perhaps escort people to seats at busy times. Don’t get me wrong though; we enjoyed the experience once we were seated! Next time I’ll ask for help to find seats!”

“An excellent service ?It was extremely busy though unfortunately majority of customer reps were busy i eventually found a young lady that got me a person to sort out what I needed, Rob was his name who sorted my sportswear out then asked Riz if he could sort my footwear out.Riz is extremely knowledgeable, asking questions of what sport or fitness was I going to be doing which meant what support did I need for my feet.The good news is he knew his stuff meaning I wasn’t taken to the most expensive trainers!!Riz is A quality customer service representative, very knowledgeable and customer focused as well as being very enthusiastic ?The service at the till was extremely good also.Good size car park, great building with lots of choice for all.All in all a very good service in which I will recommend to many people.Thank you to Everyone.James”
