“Good service. Ordered suggested size practice shoe which unfortunately was too small. So returned for a refund and ordered the next size which were fine. Orders were dealt with promptly and refund were applicable executed within a few days. The only negative is that you have to pay for postage of returned items which they require to be signed for so return postage can be expensive. However this is offset in my case with the free delivery charge. Would use them again as I found these shoes cheaper on this website than on the branded website.”

“Just returned some children's shoes I purchased from an incompetant boy at middlebrook clarks .What a difference in the staff at chorley 2 ladies served me on monday afternoon they were everything he wasn't helpful ,courteous , and knew their stuff, perfect and got what I wanted .They put the boy who served me to shame”

“Like shoe zone but be warned sizes run very very small. Not a problem if in store but beware online. I am a standard 7 but couldn't get canvas lace up pumps to fit - had to try on a 9 !!! So gave up. But I have had some good boots from here. Again - cheap so you get what you pay for.”
