They were a delight to have around, and that is terribly important when the kitchen is the central part of your home. They are clearly expert in their profession, with skill and experience that are invaluable when the unexpected arises. The process looks so simple on paper - but once you’re back to bare brick walls and no floor you find all the hidden quirks.
