I work in design and would say I’m naturally attracted to all things stylish, so upon meeting Nic and Sam I immediately sensed their incredible knowledge on both the product they sell and the practicalities of how to make a kitchen work within a certain space. Clearly Nic has been in the industry a long time and his wealth of knowledge and experience is endless. I can’t thank Lewis Charles enough, they really listened to my brief and asked me lots of important questions I hadn’t even considered. It really was a 10 out of 10 service and a pleasant experience from start to finish.After careful guidance My Kitchen is set out brilliantly with everything i need all to hand. Thanks to Nic and Sam’s guidance i now have a clever space where i can access the hob, sink, dishwasher, fridge and oven within a couple of paces. The units are of high quality made in Germany and measured up to our exact space, the carcasses were upgraded to anthracite to match the exterior colour and give a real sense of class. The drawers and cupboards cover me for all of my needs, i have pull out drawers with access to all of my spices, deep pan drawers, two cutlery drawers, i really have everything i need.The decision over what colour worked with what worktop was a difficult one to make, Sam and Nic produced computer generated visuals of the room so i could get a really good feel of what would work best, i believe i made the right decisions because of this care and attention provided.For me, Nic and Sam really took away all of the difficulties of ordering the Kitchen, they delivered a really fantastic product that was fitted exactly as I’d hoped for. The quality of the product is high end, very stylish and at a very fair price. Nothing is too much trouble, the after sales service has been fantastic and communication is very good.Once again, thanks for all that you did, it was one of the nicest parts of a very complicated project.Kind regardsLee Edwards”
