“Due to an unfortunate mishap with the printer, the documents I sent to be printed over had half the files missing. Though at no fault of the staff, Philippa, was an absolute star and did her best to rectify the problem. Such a friendly store and what was initially a frustrating situation, I left feeling very grateful for the lovely service and truly did their best to resolve my situation!”
“I really like toolstation. Unlike big stores such as Wickes or B&Q you don't need to look for tools or materials for hours from isle to isle. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Also prices of tools and materials are usually quite good.”

“Visited today to get an adult and baby passport photo taken. Really nice man served us took my pic 1st and gave me the option to have it done again but the pic is fine. Then did the baby an 8 month old. The first one was a bit grumpy and we asked for another go and he took a really lovely picture of her. No stress, no fuss and all done very quickly. Thank you.”

“Today I visited Robert Dyas and was very impressed with the service I received. I am visually impaired and am usually reluctant to request help but today I thought I would enquire whether somebody could help me. I was very well received by Stacey who immediately understood my problem and offered to do my shopping for me. When she had found the items she brought back a selection of goods in various price ranges which I found very helpful indeed. Normally assistants take the most expensive products off the shelf and expect me to buy those but not on this occasion. I was offered a special promotion at only £1 which was truly a good buy. This made my shopping experience extremely pleasant and I congratulate Stacey on her professionalism and exeperience in dealing with dissability. She is truly a great asset to your Company and look forward to shopping with her in the future.”

“Redhill Pound Stretcher was fully stocked the day I visited the branch to purchase a 2023 Calendar. The store was well organised, the lighting was adequate, and the staff were very friendly and polite. “Only needed a few tiles for an outside BBQ area that wasn't going to be visible but just needed to be waterproof.
The gentlemen serving not only found me 4 tiles out the back but also cut one for me too
