One cashier station opened and they aren’t adequately trained to process cheques. Can’t make it up. No sense of urgency or willingness to assist just telling everyone to take a seat after standing in line for 30 minutes.

Why is this place still covered in scaffolding after about 3 years. Really bringing the Centre of town down. Finish the job or get rid of it. It's not like Lloyd's can't afford it.

If you’re going to close all the local branches, ensure you have adequate staff on the floor in the central branch you’re having people commute to! One person serving the counter with 8 people waiting and 1 person serving other customers with 4 people waiting! Over half an hour now! Lunch break is now finished!!
