appalling customer service within the shop, a doctors surgery is much quicker than the service provided here. I waited 30 minutes before i was seen, there are many staff here but not many for the carphone warehouse section. They should have stayed in the Royal victoria centre

Went in to buy one of the most expensive phones they had Samsung S10 5G. Tremendous sales opportunity. They had an S10 on display with details of the 5G above it but only one price for the S10.
