I explained to the knowledgeable staff member who, after some efforts himself reverted to another who fixed it in no more than five minutes at NO Cost.I had feared even I walked in that I would be reaching for my credit card before making it out again. As a consequence of the experience I am more likely to replace with another Apple machine when the time comes and would be pleased to deal with IStore Tunbridge Wells when I do.”
