“First time I’ve visited the store. The team today (6/2/25) were great. I booked an appointment to have the battery in my SE2 to be replaced. Unfortunately there was only one technician available, and he was busy, meaning I had to wait 6 hours for the battery to be replaced (hence the 4 and not 5 star) but he was brilliant and tried his best to cut my waiting time. Can’t fault the service. Friendly, customer focused team.”
