Took the time to walk up to Baldwins on Friday afternoon (,use crutches)to try and get help to book a holiday.I gave them all my details, requirements for holiday, advised that they would call me back in 2 days.I am very disappointed not to have a call back , even if it was to tell me they couldn't find me a suitable holiday...

I always use Baldwin's for my travel arrangements as they are so pleasant and helpful. Today was no exception with Paul arranging travel insurance for me at a very reasonable price. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

A thoroughly enjoyable and successful 1st trip to Thailand. Very well looked after by the lovely Thai reps. All ran smoothly and so much less stressful to have all the connections and transits taken care of. Thanks to Kim and her team at Baldwins!
