Took the time to walk up to Baldwins on Friday afternoon (,use crutches)to try and get help to book a holiday.I gave them all my details, requirements for holiday, advised that they would call me back in 2 days.I am very disappointed not to have a call back , even if it was to tell me they couldn't find me a suitable holiday .Very poor service!!!

I always use Baldwin's for my travel arrangements as they are so pleasant and helpful. Today was no exception with Paul arranging travel insurance for me at a very reasonable price. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

A thoroughly enjoyable and successful 1st trip to Thailand. Very well looked after by the lovely Thai reps. All ran smoothly and so much less stressful to have all the connections and transits taken care of. Thanks to Kim and her team at Baldwins!

Baldwins have been our travel agent of choice for several years. We have enjoyed many holidays abroad arranged by them, including to the U.S., Europe and the West Indies, and consider them second to none in the care they take with every aspect of our time away, whether as a couple or involving the whole family, so special thanks to Kim and the team. On one occasion, we were obliged to postpone our holiday for a few weeks for personal reasons, and it was such a relief to have Baldwins' professional expertise liaising with the hotel and the carrier on our behalf. We have no hesitation in rating Baldwins 5 stars, and would double that if we could!

Excellent service from Katie at Baldwin?s. I haven?t used a travel agent for nearly 20 years but this year with 4 kids and 4 adults all with different requests I needed some help. Katie was fantastic and really understood the type of holiday we were looking for. She has taken all the hard work and stress out of booking and I will definitely be back!

Used Baldwins Travel to book a family holiday in the Easter Holidays, the service and knowledge received was fantastic, Charles was very informative with ensuring we had everything we need including the DVLA check I was unaware of. Baldwins Travel in Tunbridge Wells worked together with Experience Travel to organise a fantastic holiday for us and another couple to Vietnam and Cambodia. Having dealt with Baldwins Travel for both a couple of personal trips, and a big corporate Christmas function, I can say that I'm truly impressed by all their staff. Lancelot especially has come up with some wonderful suggestions on my personal trips, which I wouldn't have even known about.Unfortunately since my previous review my opinion has changed!Unhelpful staff who show no compassion or willingness to help sort a situation out.Have now been waiting for 124 days for a refund for a cruise that MSC cancelled in April.Legal proceedings have now begun to claim back monies owed to me, over £1000.They can?t handle questions or comments on twitter and blocked me a month ago when I asked if there were any updates on the refund. That?s not the way to deal with a customer.Forewarned is forearmed.

seaside palm beach, maspalomas, gran canaria.This hotel is marvellous in every way. The staff and service is meticulous, the surroundings idyllic and the food has to be seen to be believed. The standard has remained high in the four visits we have made.
