Suzie at TUI was amazing!I went in with a list of things I would ideally like from a holiday for my two little boys and myself.Straight away Suzie had great ideas, a vast knowledge of where to go, certain resorts, hotels etc. clearly loves her job and her experience was invaluable.Within an hour we had discussed and booked a holiday, seats on the plane, and everything else I needed and showed me the best deals, discounts etc.. none of this I would have done online and we are now booked into an hotel I hadn’t even considered online.. far better hotel and a far better price than online.. thank you Suzie!As lovely and convenient as online can be, sometimes you can’t beat talking to someone face to face and discussing your needs and letting the experts do their job.. and so very well.Wonderful customer service.. thank you.”
