“Cannot do a full weekly shop here, but what they have is amazingly cheap !!They do not always have the same things, week in week out, but at these prices who cares !!Visited again. Still find it hard to believe some of the prices. So cheap !!Main problem now is you purchase a bargain and the next time you come they don't seem to sell it anymore.Oh well such is life. So buy it while you can !!”

“I just had the most amazing customer service from the store manager , Joanne . I had a click and collect package to collect and I was right on closing time. Bless Joanne she promptly found my package ! I can’t thank her enough as I live near Eastbourne and won’t be back until next Wednesday and the package would have been returned! Exemplary service ! That’s why Joanne is manager and runs a friendly , efficient team of staff ! Thankyou Jayne allinson , frim Pevensey Bay ?”

“I cannot recommend this shop highly enough. Worth more than 5 stars. The staff are super friendly and the till operator greeted me like a long lost relative. Although small, the shelves are well stocked and the aisles easy to negotiate. There are especially good frozen and chilled sections. Unfortunately I was just visiting Tonbridge. If I lived there, this would be my shop of choice.”

“Small shop that has loads packed into it. Hot sausage rolls and croissants are good and make my daily breakfast as I walk from the station.Has a cash machine but charges £1.80 to use.”

“You have to pay for parking but it's reimbursed if you buy shopping to the value of a tenner or more. Quite a big Sainsbury's and staff are really polite too. Not far from the high street if you need to go there too.”

“A small supermarket, but plenty of choice and good value. Also good service. I had 1 dodgy onion in a pack of 3. I had used 2 but the replacement pack of 3 was free.”

“called in last week for fruit and veg, was asked how my day was by member of staff (Kieron ?) i replied 'better if you'd had all the veg i wanted' at that he asked another (as friendly) member of staff to check out the back and i managed to purchase everything on my list. I've always found the staff to be super polite and friendly. Thank You”

“Looks big from the outside but a bit disappointing inside.Quite a few items out of stock when I visited.They have a one way system at the entrance, but people leaving cross over people entering the store !! Someone got that wrong !! ?One way system is no longer in operation, Thank goodness. Still quite a few gaps on the shelves and the lack of check out operators when you want to leave !!”

“Great selection and plenty of room (it doesn’t feel cramped like some supermarkets). The prices are a little on the high side, but they seem reasonable given the quality.”

“Still entertaining to visit Lidl. The middle of Lidl is always good to browse and find those things you never knew you wanted.Great selection of fruit and vegetables at very competitive prices.Also a good selection of wine including Tokay currently but you will need to be quick as it sells out very quickly.”

“The store has huge ranges of products comparing to other retail shops at similar location. It is clean and tidy. The shopfloor layout and marking helps to find certain isles easily. The prices and promotions were updated. The products were faced up to help customers find necessary items. The stuffs were helpful and welcoming. The food standards were good. There were many counters as well as occasional promotions. The queue were long, but around lunchtime it was expected.”
