“Staff are always lovely. Well stocked shelves (most of the time). The layout often changes which keeps you on your toes. Not the nicest looking M&S store; it really needs a revamp. However, after speaking with a manager about it, they say it's unlikely to happen soon as Reigate isn't one of M&S's best performing stores, and there are lots of structural elements with the store which make it difficult to work on.”
“Jack is always friendly, helpful and approachable. He makes shopping at the Reigate, London Road branch a really pleasant experience. So much so that when I relocate from my job I will still travel to that Co op! I think the main reasons he's popular is that he engages with all customers and can't do enough to help.”

“I've had the best experience with Food to Order, I ordered online for these mini party cakes, I chose the exact date and time for collection. I had a reminder email the day before and a confirmation text and email to say they were ready for collection. Very efficient! No one shouts enough about the Party food order, but I think its brilliant!
Three different flavours chocolate, lemon and Victoria. The had fresh cream, light and fluffy and 16 cakes for £9.50!!!! IT was a total BARGIN!! Total cost £28.50!!!
I had decorated them with some flowers at Morrisons ready for my hubby's 40th party last weekend - thanks Morrisons! ?”
