“Thank you to Dionne, Kerry & James at M&S Food Hall in Sittingbourne who very kindly took the trouble to look for a credit receipt hat I'd dropped in the store. I couldn't find it & left the store in Sittingbourne feeling rather down as it was a large credit. Then I heard a knock on my car window & Dionne & Kerry were standing there with beaming smiles saying they had found it. And they'd raced out of the store to catch me clutching their lunch. And they generously shared that their colleague James had also helped. So thank you to all three for going above & beyond to help an anxious customer. Fantastic customer service & obviously very caring individuals . A real credit to M&S - I also telephoned M&S and spoke to a very helpful lady in Customer Services who assured me she would send a message from me to the Management Tesm at M&S highlighting how brilliant Dionne, Kerry & James had been today! Fantastic!!”

“Saved me a number of times when I've run out of essential items. They usually have what I need or an alternative, vary rarely do I come out without what I went in for as they always keep the shelves stocked. It has a cash machine too, again added bonus and I've never had any problems with the staff, who'll open the second till if the que is getting long. Couldn't live without it if I'm honest.”

“I go on loads and loads of walks and therefore go into loads of convenience stores for supplies and I must say that the young guy that served me today was quite possibly the friendliest shop keeper I've ever met ! He couldn't be more helpful and gave me a good tip on where to head to continue my walk. I was so impressed that I made a point of writing this review...the first one I've ever done of a corner shop ! Lol.”

“Great little shop, my 1st visit initially to drop off an Evri parcel return but had a quick browse, for a small shop I was amazed at the large selection of products so will definitely use it in future and a bonus having a 30 minute stay car park at the rear. Good job Tesco's.”

“Great place for tools, homeward, and food shopping. If you use the car park be careful to enter your car reg number on the touchscreens before you leave or you could end up with a parking fine and a spirited discussion with store manager and parking company. I park in free spaces on main road to avoid this event occuring again in the future.”

“I'm hoping this review makes it to the attention of the Store Manager as I can't find a way to contact Asda head office, or the Sittingbourne branch directly.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to the exceptionally polite young man who sorted and bought me my Click & Collect order today (Thursday 30th May 2024 between 17:00 - 18:00). I'm rather frustrated I don't know his name to ensure my thanks gets to him!

When I had checked in, this chap was with me rather quickly to get my name, etc., before there appeared to be a glitch in the system. In the end, there wasn't, but he was ever professional and very polite, apologising for any inconvenience. I remember working in retail myself and really do appreciate good service and a welcoming attitude.

Again, I hope this reaches the Store Manager and if so, I hope they can work out who served me so he can get the praise he deserves.”

“I shop here every week. The store has a good range of meat, fruits and vegetables as well as drinks both soft and alcoholic. Not so good with the vegetarian stuff but slowly improving.
I've removed one star as the store has no heating for a long time, so it's cold to shop there and the staff are freezing having to wear coats and gloves.
Get the heating fixed Morrisons.”
