“If I could put more than 5 stars, I definitely would ! I was looking for a specific model and size plus length of a pair of womens black trousers which was out of stock everywhere but Bracknell who had just 1 left in stock. When I found the trousers rack in question, the size and length I was looking for weren't there. The staff not only checked again their stock levels for me, which confirmed that in theory they had 1 in stock, but they then checked physically all the black trousers they had (and in M&S, that's a lot of trousers to say the least). As I live in France and so can't just pop in every so often, I really appreciated this effort which actually paid off as the team DID find that 1 pair in the middle of a totally different area. They really went above and beyond my definition of customer service. The end story is that I was so happy that I ended up getting a whole load of other clothes for my daughter who made the most of the situation so left a few hundred pounds lighter than planned but happy. I really wish that I had noted the names of the staff in question as they are those kind of people who are valuable and I hope M&S realise their value”

“30 minutes parking free. Next to high street with many local shops around. Supermarket is not big although it has most needed products. Sainsbury gas station next to it as well.”

“Good place for the daily shopping although the prices are bit high for some items, but quality of the products are really good. There is 90 minutes free parking available at the store and lots of spaces available.Fresh vegetables, bakery items, milk and dairy items available.”

“Excellent. Basically stopped in to used the loo, but we also bought 2 lunch meal deals, which were reasonably priced compared to other shops. We were well-impressed with how much lettuce and bacon was on their BLTs. Delicious! Excellent value for the money.”

“What a great experience today, while leaving the store my carrier bag split and all my food fell out including a bottle of wine, the bottle broke, glass everywhere. Amazingly other customers stopped to help me and the staff where brilliant, they replaced my bag and bottle of wine and told me not to worry as they would clear up ??”

“I don’t use this place for petrol, so can’t comment on forecourt, but use the air machine for tyres. £1 for 14 minutes and always seems very accurate. Machine also offers water for screen wash and air freshener.”

“A good store for the essentials. Quite expensive but you always pay more from small shops, the coffee to takeaway is really tasty and good quality. If you want hot chocolate then you can buy a single sachet and just use hot milk or water from the machine. The store was well maintained and well stocked with helpful staff.”

“Stopped by on route to my destination to this coffee shop and Sainsbury's. Served by two great hat wearing guys called Alfie, who was patient with me in ordering and Phill, who served my drink. It was a little busy but still able to get a seat after buying a drink. A good atmosphere and clean, but it probably helps some of the other customers actually make an effort to clean up after themselves.Oat macadamia late is good and tasty with no too many calories.Parking is free for 3 hours at Sainsbury's, and you can enter Starbucks through its entrance in the car park or through the store.This is a minor issue and is common in all sites. I wish the text on the digital sign was bigger and didn't keep cutting to videos as I do not have the best vision.Parking: Sainsbury car park for three hours.Wheelchair accessibility: Ground floor, no steps.”

“I don't live in this area anymore I moved about 9 years ago, so I popped in to do some shopping for a friend. It's such a great shop . Well Stocked shelves and friendly staff especially Jackie on the till, who recognised me and remembered so much about me , it really made my day and lifted my spirits . Well done Tesco's Warfield. You have lovely staff I think this superstore is the best in the area.”
