I wouldn't mind getting ID'd (the one time I leave my ID home) if when I came back I had also been ID'd after waiting 10 minutes minutes to buy 4 items, a waste of time and energy going and coming back for inconsistent service, as a regular for years its a shame when customer loyalty is devalued but maybe I'm just grumpy... read full comment

Terrible service lift isn’t working and hasn’t been for awhile and they don’t care. Makes it impossible to try and shop if you have a pram and if you’re disabled even worse.
