“Received really excellent service from the young woman sales assistant (Lucy) late afternoon today when returning a defective item. Pleasant and helpful with sympathetic but professional attitude. Very impressed.”
“You average M&S well stocked and a busy food hall. Like most under staffed but those there are in the main friendly and helpful. New self service checkouts and reduced staffed pay points. Dedicated refund and returns desk is efficient while automated Click and Collect system often fails to work but fortunately staff quickly on hand when help is required. Very average cafe with similar staff unfortunately.”
