“My wife uses the parcel service. Very helpful - even taped up a package she hadn't done. Found Amex card not accepted but they let her take her items of groceries and pop in later with normal card. Such nice staff and a good selection of everyday items. Convenient opening times too.!”

“It's a great shop to go into and buy your regular products and has an easy layout with vast sections. It has a great wine area for your tasty tipple. But you have to pay for parking, though. Easily refunded at the till”

“Pop in here the other day when I was walking along and needed a drink, on a hot day. Found it by accident but ideal shop I guess, entrance via driving a bit tricky due to the design, something to look at for the future. Easy to follow floor plan and can still get nectar card points. They could use more self check out stations too, get the checkout process a bit quicker”

“Sainsbury's local is a very good store it has everything you could want and need,the manager's and staff are always helpful,I do a monthly shop at the main sainsbury store in Otford road but for the odds and ends i go to the Sainsbury's local in st john's hill,very impressed with it all.”

“This review is specifically for the lovely lady at the Customer Service Desk who served me this morning 9am (25 Feb 25!) at Riverhead Tesco Branch. She is consistently superb in her Customer Service Skills and really stands out for this. She is always attentive and acknowledging everyone in her que, always cheerful, and always greets everyone very warmly with a big smile. She is also always very helpful. It makes my day when someone has this amazing attitude towards customers and people in general. She is an asset to your team. “Got introduced to this shop by someone I know. Wasn’t the easiest of places to find as signs not too clear at the industrial area. Once your in, floor plan is easy to follow. Everything else was fine, lots of world food as at reasonable level for the shop of this size. The bakery is near the exit, which is a bonus should be looking for grab and go”

“You average M&S well stocked and a busy food hall. Like most under staffed but those there are in the main friendly and helpful. New self service checkouts and reduced staffed pay points. Dedicated refund and returns desk is efficient while automated Click and Collect system often fails to work but fortunately staff quickly on hand when help is required. Very average cafe with similar staff unfortunately.”
