Received really excellent service from the young woman sales assistant (Lucy) late afternoon today when returning a defective item. Pleasant and helpful with sympathetic but professional attitude. Very impressed.

Located inside Sainsbury’s easy to park to collect my order. I had recently purchased my Henry Hoover at the most competitive of prices. I was met with a smile by Lacey one of the helpful and attentive team members, Has to be the friendliest as well knowledgeable Argos I have visited.

Sold a product missing parts. Spend 2 hours on the phone trying to resolve the issue both with central office and store. No replacement product or parts available. No resolution offered - including sending a replacement product/parts out. Will never use Argos again...
