“I used to be afraid to shop here because I felt too old. I'd creep in, have a look and leave without speaking to staff. One day, a member of staff managed to engage with me and gave me the confidence to be there and not worry about 'not belonging'. Since then I've become a regular shopper (probably too regular for a healthy bank balance) and I've always been treated so well and in a very sincere manner. I've never been dismissed by any member of staff as not being 'right' for their shop and they are all so nice. Thank you.”

“Pop in here fairly regularly to have a look at their books and more often than not find something that grabs my interest! Staff are lovely, really welcoming and love to stop for a chat. Prices seem to be slowly creeping up and not so many true bargains now but still good to know you are giving to a good cause. Easy to access with the pushchair, seems quite busy normally and I love their range of fair trade items, always really good value for money.”

“I like this charity shop - they have a lovely selection of new items as well as those preloved items which have been donated. The book section is always varied and this particular store seems to always have gorgeous childrens clothes, some designer, at fantastic prices! Access with the pushchair is never a problem and staff are all lovely and will always stop and chat. Its such a fantastic cause and well worth a browse as you can pick up coem fantastic bargains - new or used!”
“You average M&S well stocked and a busy food hall. Like most under staffed but those there are in the main friendly and helpful. New self service checkouts and reduced staffed pay points. Dedicated refund and returns desk is efficient while automated Click and Collect system often fails to work but fortunately staff quickly on hand when help is required. Very average cafe with similar staff unfortunately.”
