“There ideally located in this area, serving a large residential area. There a school near by, followed by a fire station across the road. Making sure the emergency service men and women are well looked after. They have petrol station and they some flowers as you enter the shop. There is a Hermes drop off area, Costa machine available. There is about 4 aisle with a range of products for you chose from. There is not a self service machine here but you have to join the line in order to pay. There is also a security guard on site as they a bit isolated in the area.”

“I have been an Iceland customer for years. I enjoyed shopping here and I received good service from the staff. Only sad lately the price of everything is going up and the discounts or the special offers are smaller and smaller.”

“Small Co-op with reasonable stock, items cost slightly more than 'in town' branches, but use it frequently. Spar supermarket nearby, has the village post office and is somewhat larger, but prices very similar....... Just updated (02/17), more attractive layout, a little less 'claustrophobic', still a better selection than the competition across the road”

“It's an Aldi so you know what you're going to get.
The store is clean and normally well stocked.
Parking can be a bit of a pain at busy times.”

“I always shop in tesco's and I always find bargains. I don't always enjoy my purchases but it's down to individual taste. Well done tesco's for being the number one store.”

“An excellent shop to top up on essentials but you have to be quite selective to ensure bargains. The car park is an absolute nightmare to get in and out of though. Compounded by food delivery lorries blocking main access and egress. Awful design and enough to put people off driving there.”

“I'm a coop member and intended to present my card at time of paying but as I was chatting with cashier, I was distracted and forgot thereby losing my points for £36 petrol. With Coop, if one doesn't inform cashier that you have or present loyalty card, points cannot be added later. I think this is unfair. With so many things in one's head, loyalty card is the last thing you think of. Also cashiers should, like other stores do, ask, remind customers. I've often lost points.”

“This is one of the best Asdas I’ve been in and I think they have great options to choose from yes it is small but is no different to a normal Asda. The only negative thing is the self checkout the majority is self checkout and only a few tills”

“For the support given to me by staff when I went down like a lead balloon last week Wednesday. Their 1st aider Miss S was epic, empathetic sweet and wonderful. Tried calling by phone to leave positive feedback to her manager but could not get through the automated line sadly. Currently recovering my health as I want to pop in and personally thank her and the rest of the team for all their efforts.”

“I walk up to this shop very regularly from Rochester High Street, mainly to buy their lovely flavoured water. The staff are polite and helpful and I have only not given five stars as I believe the shop opens at 07.00 in the week and it still shows their old opening time online!”

“Despite the negative reviews, I have found ALL of the staff at this store very polite, well mannered and very pleasant. I cannot offer the same positive reviews for some of their obnoxious customers who think that jumping the queue, using foul language and letting their off spring run riot is an acceptable standard of behaviour. Well done to all of the staff at this CO OP store.”

“Nice little shop. They usually has just what you need and the staff are very helpful if, like me, you can never find anything yourself. Also a little Subway tucked into the back of the shop but that can get very busy as can the entire shop from the few times I've been there.Overall, though, no complaints. Would Recommend.”
