“Dependable cheap food with increasingly good quality and easy parking. Over 60's can benefit from their 10% off your complete bill on Tuesdays as long as you have registered for their bonus card. Staff are constantly under pressure as when not on the till they have to restock the shelves, but they are always friendly and helpful. Iceland is no longer stigmatized by their food being cheap and 'nasty', they have some surprisingly good items at budget prices. An improving supermarket.”

“Probably the smartest supermarket in north Dorset. It's popular for it's quality and it's cafe. Standard Waitrose price structures to pay for that smartness and quality. Amazing alcohol selection. I went in for a good bottle of wine for a dinner party and frankly spent half an hour trying to chos. Chose Rhubard Gin in the end.”

“It's just a typical Aldi. What I like about this Aldi in particular is that it has self checkout services which speeds things up however the issue I have encountered with this is that not all the self checkout tills are ever open at once. Every time I've gone to this Aldi, at most there are only half open. So this slows things back down.Overall, it's just like a typical Aldi, there's a toilet which the public can use, granted it can be quite smelly. The staff are friendly and helpful and there are never cardboard boxes over the place; the tidiness is kept to a good standard.”

“This is one of the bigger sized tescos complete with deli, fish-monger, bakery , krispy creme outlet and a resturant ..but lacks in a pizzaria and clothes section. Staff are very friendly and helpful and give you proper numbers of stall when asked for item location. Some goods are stored really high up and not really great for petite people as it wastes time trying to call assistance. They ahve a huge stock fresh of perishables too.”

“The best Garage shop imaginable. Everything you could need in a garage shop. Staff were amazing, can’t praise them enough. Best of all, they have stock of the impossible to find Prime drinks.”

“Store has decent options for groceries and other food items.One concern are billing times - even during peak times, they have one billing counter. This causes queue build up. Self service option should be considered.”

“I’ve been using this store for years.
I recommend putting a few trollies in store, as if you come up the escalator you have to walk outside the store to get a trolley.
I would have the Water in the earlier isles so you don’t have to move all your shopping so you don’t crush it later, with the Water.
Stop putting longer dated food under the nearly out of date food please, my shop would be a lot faster.
Put an alarm on the trolley to scare off the short old ladies that want me to get their entire shop off the top shelves for them…
Fix the escalator as it’s been broken twice in the last couple of months.
Have more checkouts available please, so no long queue’s.

Staff wise, people on the tills are very friendly and nice.
Parking is always easy.

If you happen to stray into this store and new to the area. Fear not the Odd looking people and gangs of kids are quite normal. “I often go there as there prices are sometimes cheaper than sainsbury were I get my nectar points but sainsbury petrol station is closed till December the 1st due to there refurbishment I never go to petrol stations ie esso as they take the micheal out of motorised”

“It's 9.30pm after the late shift & only one till open - all in front have full trolley & no-one is letting me in with my 3 items. I'm was sure they would have one of the self check out tills open, but sadly not.”

“It's not a big store but have almost everything required daily at a home.Selections are less and the prices are very high compared to Asda and Aldi as all knows.But there.are lots of discounts available for club card members and membership is free.Less selection implies quick shopping.Was not so crowded when I went.The self checkout area was quite easy to use.Located in a quiet place.Not much space and hence difficult during peak times as we have to squeeze between others.”

“Good enough local , they generally make a effort to say hello /talk to costumers . It’s a average size shop with Most essentials you could prob just about do a weekly shop in there . Has not changed in years but serves its use . Prices can be on the high end but it’s a convenience store so ...”

“Visited your store on Saturday the 16th. I just wanted to let you know that 2 members of your staff went above and beyond their roles to help me. I had an active 1 year old with me who was throwing items out of the trolley for fun. I filled 2 trolleys with items. When I got to the checkout one lady whose name I cannot remember, sorry, helped me load all the items onto the checkout, while entertaining my son, she then helped my finish packing and load my car up. The lady who was on the checkout was also an absolute gem! I honestly could not have been more grateful, Thanks Asda ladies !”
