“I came with children from Ukraine. Tulip opened his heart and was very hospitable and generous to us. He was of great help to us by inviting us to his wonderful store rich in various products. He allowed my children to take what they want, and without payment. We thank him every day! Everything we tried was very fresh and delicious!?❤️With gratitude, Svetlana and my family (twins and my mother)”

“Fairly large Co-op for the area, also accommodates a branch of Peacock's, (mainly clothing) plenty of choice, but prices not the best, better value with the 'big four' on many everyday requisites, saves a trip into town for many, but premium prices for the convenience.Large carpark and adjacent free parking nearby.”

“Great staff and by far the best supermarket in Chatham. Plenty of stock to choose from. The only downfall is that the entrance/exit gets very congested as does the queues for the tills. I wish they would adopt a system whereas people who are waiting to be served, are not forced to block the shopping aisles whilst waiting to be served.Big shout out to staff members Eileen and Sonny, always a joy to be welcomed by these people.”

“Good size co-op just a short walk from the main Dockside Shopping area. There are a number of self service checkouts allowing for a quick shop. Aisles are a little cramped but otherwise a good store with plenty of choice.”

“Friendly staff, good prices but best of all is the variety of things you can get there. I swear they have as much as morrisons in that little shop, but they have brands you won't find elsewhere. Poor people probably go through hell everyday with the school being so close, must be good for business though!”

“Staff very polite and helpful!Last comment I was there and the staff wasn’t rude, simply asked the man to leave the store as he was trying to bring dog into the shop.I’ve been coming to this shop for 6 years and never have I witnessed them being rude to anyone.”

“Great for bulk/cheap deals. Have the MyProtein range and good stock, which is why I went in today. £30 for 9 balanced meals is brilliant. All max 400 calories. The bigger meals work out 2 for £8. Nice staff, friendly. Shelves and freezers full. Picked up some mini concentrated juices for cheap too. 3 for £5 on Primula cheese which I'm taking to a festival for cheese n crackers!!! All in all £30 for 4 days meals for two, sorted!”

“Hard to score as only wanted a small wholemeal loaf with spelt for my mum, which they didn't have but got her a good alternative. They had loads of different loaves. Shop seemed generally very well stocked, but I made a bee line for the bread. Lots of parking and the whole car park and shop is on ground level and very flat. Plenty of both self service and manned tils.”

“Excellent Customer Service from Sue in Customer Service. I had left a 3 pack of kitchen towels at the self service checkout after having paid for them. Four days later I contacted Customer Service to ask if they had been found. I was told that they had and as I still had the receipt, I could collect them from customer services. Such an easy resolve.Thank you Sue”
