My Nan has been going through a rough time with my grandad being unwell, the staff were incredibly rude to her and were incredibly unhelpful. The lady who spoke to my nan should be ashamed of herself and shouldn’t be able to have a job speaking to the public if that’s her attitude. Utterly disgusting:
