“Convenient for late night shopping, i love that they are taking blue light card now and i love the clothes section. Very nice pyjamas. Cheapest flavoured gin there and good quality too. They have small kitchen appliances and bedding too. Usually fair quality for regular household. Not the cheapest supermarket, but they have the new yellow range now and that is affordable for people with lower budgets”

“Compared to other banks, the staff try very hard, and achieve alot. I always feel welcome, and valued. Thankyou!Their job is made more difficult by an aging computer system, which has serious limitations on what the staff can actually do. But this is a problem of nearly all the established competition.”

“I lost my wallet a gentlemen found it he cancelled my card and handed wallet along with £115 cash into the Ramsgate branch who inturn rang my mobile straight away to tell me that my wallet was with them. I attended the Ramsgate branch and was handed back my wallet and withdrew the money again as it had been put back into my account. The staff were very friendly ,approachable and understandingly helpful to the max. New card 3days later and a ☺ me.”

“Local petrol station, normally pricey fuel, but currently the second cheapest locally! Nice Costa machine. Good App with lots of incentives and offers. Vpower fuel is quite expensive and I use it occasionally to burn through the engine, it does seem to make a difference!”

“Went in on the off chance to order a new cheque book for my dad as he's not so mobile these days. Lady who served me was very helpful pleasant and sorted this for me in a few minutes. Needless to say I introduced her to Naomi's pictures ? as we had similiar nail colours at the time of my visit. Cheers Matty /Naomi xx”

“Staff at this branch are very welcoming, helpful and friendly. I felt they did their best to ensure that I received everything I needed. The only downside is the self service machines are not like the ones that were at Asda and do not accept coins which was a bit of a pain seeing as I went with a huge amount of mixed coins. I do wish there was a machine like the one that was at Asda somewhere, that machine was really good to use as you could access it all the time the store was open and not just banking hours.”
