Everything was closed, even the toilets and coffee shops, when we visited around 6am on our way to Dover port. What's the point in having a service stop open, if people can't use the bathrooms or even get a coffee!

Quiet parking the shower could use some freshening... And do something about the parking lot full of cars with foreign registrations who don't pay and take up space...
Roadchef Maidstone is open 24/7 and is located on the M20, serving both sides of the motorway. This site contains a 24/7 McDonald's, Costa Coffee, toilets (including baby changing and accessible facilities.) Both McDonald's Drive-Thru and Costa Drive-Thru are located on site.
