First of all the store and everything in it was absolutely beautifully presented (Most stores are abit messy so it's harder to find things) and secondly, most importantly, the customer service I recieved from Stephen the moment I entered the store was 10/10. I got everything I needed and more because I felt so comfortable to ask for more help. “Always a great place for picking up a decent book or two at a reasonable price. Has a great selection of SF books, romance, art, music, movies, history, DVDs etc. Friendly staff as well. Quite a turnover of books so grab it if you see a favourite book as it is likely to be gone by your next visit (I have learnt that at my cost many a time). Probably the best secondhand book shop in Maidstone (though some of the others are not bad either)”

“They are on the high street and connected in partnership with the post office shop. They have a reduced range of product as some the shelves are not fully stocked and sores out to cover be echoing in my opinion. They have staff located in key areas to maximums customer engagement for a small team. Surprisingly they have a good selection of hard copy books compare to some of the brunches I have seen.”

“A charity shop trying to achieve the best it can do with as many donations for the generous community. The products are of reasonable quality to high quality and that can be a problem in it self. Especially to the audience that is variable at best. However, they have been donated products so it’s understandable and they are volunteers doing there best to engage all the customers. This is a really small shop and there be a limit on number of people in store for safety reasons.”
