“Visiting Maidstone. Stopped off to choose a bottle of alcohol. This Nisa store has the best selection of spirits from around the world that I have ever seen!I could not belive the quantity, quality and the selection.I will now be visiting here every now and again. It is an hour and 20 min from my house.But it will be worth the visit when I need to do a booze shop.It also has a great selection of food from other countries.I took a couple of photos but there was so much more selection!”
“Good service in that I was offered a clubcard, and so saved money. But my name was misspelt on the clubcard, so if that was the case on my email address, then I will not receive any communication, or that it will go to the wrong person. I pointed this out, but was told that "it does not matter." This at a time when we as customers in this digital age, must have everything just right down to the last full stop.

“The best shop ever.Very sad that Benny and Rupee will be moving on in the autumn. I will miss their genuine friendly approach to customers. My children were in the same school years as Benny's children so I feel like we will be losing old friends as we have known them for so long.My children have loved going up to the Handy Store with a pound coin on 'Sweetie Friday' always coming home with a bag of pick and mix, then later on when it's beer o'clock I hear from Benny or Rupee how nice and polite they were.If the Handy Store has new owners only half as nice we will be lucky. I hope Benny and Rupee can enjoy a much calmer 'retirement', they will be missed. ”
“I visited Tovil Maidstone this morning around 9am. What a smashing young man at the customer services desk. He took the time to ask how I was and have a lovely day. Thank you Sam for making my day brighter. I only purchased some scratch cards from him for my elderly mum and dad. Then I said I was doing some more shopping as it’s my parents 66 th anniversary tomorrow. I bought some flowers wine and chocolates. As I was leaving Sam also asked if I needed a flower bag. “Large supermarket with adjoining fuel station. Plenty of parking which is free for a couple of hours. Good parking and access for wheelchair users. Has public toilets.
Sadly they do not have their own cafe but a hugely overpriced Costa. It's cheaper to pop over to the pub, it's literally a 2 minute walk, their coffee is cheaper!
There are never enough normal checkouts open. The self scan is frustrating,slow and throws up loads of problems, please keep just a couple for those with a couple of items and bring back more efficient checkouts operated by skilled checkout assistants.
The fuel stations price are at the lower end but not the cheapest around. Pay at the pump or pop in the shop.”

“A great little store for emergencies or topping up your weekly shop. Staff are really nice and helpful and being a wheelchair user I found the store easy to move around. There's plenty of parking out back with disabled spaces. I wouldn't put anyone off going here, it's a good place to shop.”

“TESCOS ESSO EXPRESS - Really Helpfull Opening Time's From 6am Till Midnight ?. Cash Machine:IN SERVICE (19/01/21) It's has a wide range of great products from daily fresh to frozen foods and friendly staff makes this a Four Star. Should of been Five Stars but the ATM out of service is not helpful. Can be a wasted journey and a slight lose of in-store sales!? . Although I reckon this is the highest earning T.Express store in maidstone”
