“Went into the Maidstone branch today with my one year old daughter. There was a gentleman who had dressed as Glitzen reindeer and my daughter loved him! She wanted him to follow us and cuddle him and stroke the fur. And he went above and beyond and let her keep cuddling him and making a massive effort to make her laugh. She almost fell asleep cuddling into him. Best experience for her. Thank you for making getting her first build a bear teddy that much more special!”

1. First one was Nicky in the baby room section helping us fit our new baby seat into the car on her break. Plus settle our little bundle of joy who was having a grumpy day

2. The other was a American man didn't catch his name, but had helped us choose a Scooter worthy of our daughters birthday. Listening to what I wanted to make her safe. With flashy lights.
