“The store itself is wonderful; plenty to choose from, clean and spacious. In all honesty it reminds me of Toys'r'us from when I was a kid. What really makes it though is the staff. We were greeted by a pleasant chap at the door, and then as soon as we got to the push chair display (the reason for our visit) we were approached by staff member Natalie who offered us help and made us aware of her presence should we need anything. We took her up on her offer and she was fantastic - she got the desired items for us to test run, she knew an incredible amount and was wonderfully helpful, and just all round lovely. Props to this store, for its stock, layout and staff. Fantastic experience.”
