Went into the Maidstone branch today with my one year old daughter. There was a gentleman who had dressed as Glitzen reindeer and my daughter loved him! She wanted him to follow us and cuddle him and stroke the fur. And he went above and beyond and let her keep cuddling him and making a massive effort to make her laugh.... read full comment

Came in after lunch about 3pm today, was looking for a Teddy for a new baby, a staff member called Becca came and helped me choose one, I explained I wanted something soft to go in a crib. She helped me choose a soft bear with sown in eyes. She was attentive and really knowledgeable and happy to spend the time to help me.... read full comment
