Went into the Maidstone branch today with my one year old daughter. There was a gentleman who had dressed as Glitzen reindeer and my daughter loved him! She wanted him to follow us and cuddle him and stroke the fur. And he went above and beyond and let her keep cuddling him and making a massive effort to make her laugh. She almost fell asleep cuddling into him. Best experience for her. Thank you for making getting her first build a bear teddy that much more special!

Came in after lunch about 3pm today, was looking for a Teddy for a new baby, a staff member called Becca came and helped me choose one, I explained I wanted something soft to go in a crib. She helped me choose a soft bear with sown in eyes. She was attentive and really knowledgeable and happy to spend the time to help me. Would happily come back again!

I came into store a few weeks ago and purchased 2 Bears in 1 day for my daughter the young guy who served us both times Harley was amazing, he was polite and wanted to spend his time with us. I felt like our needs were fully met and wanted to send a big thank you, will 100% be back

Sadly had a really annoying experience today. Harley (I think that was his name) was so irritating (not even sorry), made my kids feel uncomfortable kept asking the same questions over and over again and then made a comment that one of them was miserable when she wasn?t, she was just fed up at this point and wanted her bear as he was just taking for absolute ever to do them. It was frustrating lots of people who were waiting for their bears to be done. I know you come here for a bit of an experience but this was far too much in my opinion, and made for a really uncomfortable visit. He kept telling my kids to go closer to him when repeatedly pretending to not get their names and it was just strange (they didn?t, they went red and withdrawn). Came out with empty pockets and a steaming headache!! You expect a child like interaction but this was just weird.

Went into build a bear recently to buy a gift for a friends baby - and Harley was incredibly helpful, made the experience of building a bear so nostalgic for me and was such a kind person with very bubbly personality - will definitely come back again :)

My daughter celebrated her sixth birthday at Build a Bear, Maidstone. She had a great time thanks to the very friendly staff, who really understand what makes for a great party. Naz, who was my daughter's party host, did an outstanding job. She was friendly, attentive and kind and kept all the children interested throughout. Would thoroughly recommend.

Brilliant experience for my son and 2 nieces yesterday. The staff were so kind, engaging and enthusiastic. Overall a lovely experience which resulted in 3 very happy children. Thank you team!

Lovely choice of toys to choose from. Very nice staff. We visited on a Sunday and it was very busy. Felt sorry for the staff as people had to queue to get bears stuffed as it was so busy. The staff were great with the kids even though they were rushed off their feet.

The staff here are always so friendly and helpful in an environment which is often chaotic! There's always a good choice and the staff allow you to have as much or little control as you want in the build process. Phoebe in particular has been very friendly and welcoming on the past two occasions.

We visited on the 27th Dec to get my sons birthday bear. Staff were very friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Overall an amazing experience.
