“Very quiet at 7.30pm. I'm familiar with the store layout but being a smaller store things are easy to find anyway, laid out in a logical manner (no spring onions next to daffodil bulbs ?) and items I wanted were in stock. Didn't pay much attention to shelves as I got to the section I needed but there weren't any glaringly obvious gaps! Friendly staff, quick service... Just remember the self service machine is card only!”

“I visited Tovil Maidstone this morning around 9am. What a smashing young man at the customer services desk. He took the time to ask how I was and have a lovely day. Thank you Sam for making my day brighter. I only purchased some scratch cards from him for my elderly mum and dad. Then I said I was doing some more shopping as it’s my parents 66 th anniversary tomorrow. I bought some flowers wine and chocolates. As I was leaving Sam also asked if I needed a flower bag.
