“Convenient. Great staff. Helpful, friendly & polite. Good variety of frozen & fresh food for a small store. Magazines & useful oddments like pens, string, wrapping paper, cards etc. EVRI send & receive. Open until late 23.00. I've always had positive experiences in this store.”

“Great staff and by far the best supermarket in Chatham. Plenty of stock to choose from. The only downfall is that the entrance/exit gets very congested as does the queues for the tills. I wish they would adopt a system whereas people who are waiting to be served, are not forced to block the shopping aisles whilst waiting to be served.Big shout out to staff members Eileen and Sonny, always a joy to be welcomed by these people.”

“Long time customers of the Co-op, this is a branch new to me, having just moved into the area, difficult to give a fair review after one visit, so might update in due course, usual stock at familiar prices, staff helpful and pleasant, sited on a busy through road at crossroads, cars parked partly on pavement, access might be a problem for mobilty scooters and the like.”

“Massive improvement with the recent extension/refurbishment. It still feels a bit dated but clearly not sure how they could improve that. It's clean, lots of great items.”

“Friendly staff, good prices but best of all is the variety of things you can get there. I swear they have as much as morrisons in that little shop, but they have brands you won't find elsewhere. Poor people probably go through hell everyday with the school being so close, must be good for business though!”

“I went there with my wife and I’ll say they are just clumsy. I don’t really see them being very intentional about customer service. They have great prices though and attended to us with speed and we were ok with them. They can do brother in the area of human interactions.”

“Good size co-op just a short walk from the main Dockside Shopping area. There are a number of self service checkouts allowing for a quick shop. Aisles are a little cramped but otherwise a good store with plenty of choice.”

“Fairly large Co-op for the area, also accommodates a branch of Peacock's, (mainly clothing) plenty of choice, but prices not the best, better value with the 'big four' on many everyday requisites, saves a trip into town for many, but premium prices for the convenience.Large carpark and adjacent free parking nearby.”

“Good range of food, clean, nice staff. Marks and Spencer has provided the best covid protection screens for the staff, haven't seen something similar anywhere locally.”

“Excellent Customer Service from Sue in Customer Service. I had left a 3 pack of kitchen towels at the self service checkout after having paid for them. Four days later I contacted Customer Service to ask if they had been found. I was told that they had and as I still had the receipt, I could collect them from customer services. Such an easy resolve.Thank you Sue”
