1“Dependable cheap food with increasingly good quality and easy parking. Over 60's can benefit from their 10% off your complete bill on Tuesdays as long as you have registered for their bonus card. Staff are constantly under pressure as when not on the till they have to restock the shelves, but they are always friendly and helpful. Iceland is no longer stigmatized by their food being cheap and 'nasty', they have some surprisingly good items at budget prices. An improving supermarket.”
“Very nice place. Even during these hard times they are still working and doing well for us. That young girl working there too is very very helpful and gawaine really is friendly. Much recommended and thank you for always being there for us and getting us our essentials ❤️❤️??”
“Probably the smartest supermarket in north Dorset. It's popular for it's quality and it's cafe. Standard Waitrose price structures to pay for that smartness and quality. Amazing alcohol selection. I went in for a good bottle of wine for a dinner party and frankly spent half an hour trying to chos. Chose Rhubard Gin in the end.”
8AM - 10PM
Medway Rd“It's not just about the value of the food you can buy, but the experience of the middle isle. Their middle isle's offer excellent value, with often branded names .”
“I often go there as there prices are sometimes cheaper than sainsbury were I get my nectar points but sainsbury petrol station is closed till December the 1st due to there refurbishment I never go to petrol stations ie esso as they take the micheal out of motorised”

141-145 High St“Store has decent options for groceries and other food items. One concern are billing times - even during peak times, they have one billing counter. This causes queue build up. Self service option should be considered.”
“There's always a friendly, positive atmosphere. Products are normally easy to find, but the staff are always more than happy to help. It's clean and aisles are clear, and a decent amount of parking.”
“You can pay for gas and electricity key meters here. Vegan veggie and gluten free food is available here. Keep in mind it is a small store so not massive amounts of choice. The fresh flowers are good keepers even when reduced. We love the French stick and donuts here. Very friendly staff and helpful. Even the new young inexperienced staff are helpful. I once did a big shop here and a member of staff helped me to my car. They are so lovely we have used this place for years.”
7AM - 10PM
Hempstead Valley Dr“The cafe has been updated and is clean, modern and good value. Bit of an echo makes talking difficult. Not sure the Burger King is in keeping with upmarket image of Hempstead Valley but Sainsburys revamp is needed.”
6AM - 10PM
Post Office“Staff are amazing! Friendly, helpful, caring, even ask after family members. Shop is well kept and organised but it's the staff that makes it that bit extra. Thank you to all for such wonderful service, hope your bosses appreciate it! ?”

70 Duncan Road“Always a bargain, plenty of parking. Never quite enough self checkouts are open, so prepare for a queue. Aldi also seem to be the champions of moving products around the store so happy hunting.”
7 AM - 11 PM
Chandlers Wharf“It's not a big store but have almost everything required daily at a home.Selections are less and the prices are very high compared to Asda and Aldi as all knows. But there.are lots of discounts available for club card members and membership is free.Less selection implies quick shopping. Was not so crowded when I went. The self checkout area was quite easy to use.Located in a quiet place. Not much space and hence difficult during peak times as we have to squeeze between others.”
“Good enough local , they generally make a effort to say hello /talk to costumers . It’s a average size shop with Most essentials you could prob just about do a weekly shop in there . Has not changed in years but serves its use . Prices can be on the high end but it’s a convenience store so ...”

48-52 Sturdee Ave“I am a regular customer here and the service has always been fantastic! I visited today and I bought a product that costed more than advertised. A very polite lady called Sally, checked the aisle, realised the error, and reduced the cost of said item. Sally was great. Thanks for another lovely visit!”
7AM - 11PM
Station Rd“Visited your store on Saturday the 16th. I just wanted to let you know that 2 members of your staff went above and beyond their roles to help me. I had an active 1 year old with me who was throwing items out of the trolley for fun. I filled 2 trolleys with items. When I got to the checkout one lady whose name I cannot remember, sorry, helped me load all the items onto the checkout, while entertaining my son, she then helped my finish packing and load my car up. The lady who was on the checkout was also an absolute gem! I honestly could not have been more grateful, Thanks Asda ladies !”
6AM - 12AM
Courteney Rd“Can't understand why people don't like the shop and go handsets, save me a lot of time and I can see what I'm spending as I go. The shop and go checkouts are always well manned with lovely, friendly, and polite staff. Yes a few weeks before Christmas they were doing full rescan to try and deter shoplifting, a good thing to my mind, and I was never treated ' like a criminal ', and was done quickly.
I do think the pharmacy take an unduly long time to process repeat prescriptions especially if you have more than a couple of items, but staff are mostly polite and efficient.”

“Excellent as always
But on a safety observation why have they blocked an entrance /exit in the cafeteria they have reduced a fire exit down to one exit very dangerous especially for disabled and wheelchair users”
“I searched Iceland in Gilligham because of the beautiful experience I hitherto had at their store located in Brixton, London. I was pleasantly surprised at the superb level of service and product display which is quite similar to my previous experience in London. Their pricea as usual are also enchanting in a most beautiful way. It makes shopping nearly feel like a job.”
