Exceptional service on Saturday before bank holiday weekend. I was rung back after a missed call, then again that the part I needed was in stock. I could not find it anywhere else.

What great service from start to finish had an item that needed to be special ordered from abroad, the wrong item turned up (got to love a part number)and the staff were so helpful in sorting it out.
