“Good customer service, messed up my locking wheel nut, had my 4 tyres done a month ago, I had a flat could not get it off, mobile kwik fit couldn’t get it off and recommended going back to store, so he pumped up the tyres and we went to the store. Store agreed they made a mistake but wasn’t sure how they messed up my locking wheel nut. Kept my car for two nights to fit a new tyre and to take that nut of and put a different one on. Got my car back and they didn’t put my locking key back, they did not put the cover back on the nut and left my car really muddy and dirty. Will not be returning.”

“Visited as low tyre pressure light on after re inflation and reset. A little tucked away on the one way system but got a great service - from initial enquiry to appointment for detailed check over (Sunday) and next day appointment for tyre fitting (I wanted the same make of tyre which they had to order in. Tyre re pumped to get me through and provided a written quote/costing for new tyre and fitting, etc.I dealt with Bailey mainly and received a very personable service. Said he'd phone to confirm tyre order placed, at 8:30 in the morning (Monday), as the tyre provider was shut on the Sunday, and booked me in same day.The fitter (sorry didn't get his name) was great too - same guy dealt with me both days - showed me the nail/screw in my tyre, explained it couldn't be repaired due to position and was very quick when fitting the new tyre.Highly recommended for service and Kwik-Fit(ting). Will be using for all/any tyre/motor related in the future.Cheers.”
