After 3 hours by telephone to the Head Office, I called into the branch today when the manager Matthew was very helpful, polite and easy to understand, he sorted every thing out for me in about 15 minutes. Once I arrived home and did what he explained to me everything worked perfectly. He is a real credit to the company.... read full comment
