“The service at this branch is incredible - we popped in with a query (over a torn banknote we'd received in change from a retail store) and Jack, the lovely guy at the counter, went out of his way to help us!

Jack stuck our note back together and assured us it was still legal tender as the serial numbers were both intact (little fun/useful fact for you there!) He definitely did not have to do this, but he went above and beyond to assist us and it made our day.

“Despite Covid restrictions they're providing excellent service by compartmentalization. There was no waiting. Tracy had problems with IT but was calm, humorous and found a work around so I could get what I needed. I was out in two minutes.”

“I visited on 22nd Feb 2023 and (I believe her name was) Jenny couldn't have been more helpful in guiding me through the process of completing the NatWest retail disputes claim on my phone.I'd foolishly used my debit card when I made an online purchase from a company in Oct 2022 for Christmas presents and had numerous emails with the company.On 28th Feb 2023, NatWest refunded the full amount into my account.
