I can’t put into words how bad my experience with the Guildford branch has been I have been a customer for 40 years and cannot believe the utter disregard for a loyal customer.
I wanted a loan went into the branch set an appointment the person I was dealing with went off sick nobody else can help
I had a phone call saying someone would be in touch nothing
Rang the Lloyds line worse than useless
How can they make money I have gone to M&S loan strait away
I remember when the customer was king roll on AI”

A meeting was immediately arranged by the front desk staff with a Senior Personal Banker, who went through my total banking needs and reorganised as required. I was sending a package to a friend in Germany, and the whole process was made incredibly pleasant by the outstanding customer service.
