“For the first time in ages I am at the Britannia
I simply do not go to pubs anymore
Money is tight
The last proper pub I visited was this on
The manager remembered me & what I used to drink which they no longer have
The price for a pint of Red Stripe was less than the fiver I was expecting
They have moved the door to the middle which is a lot better
Inside new seating & smart decor
Still a brilliant atmosphere

“I went in today to close an account and was served by Dean. What a lovely man. It wasn't straightforward but he found a way around it as well as explaining what he was doing and why he had to do it that way. Dean also explained other options/explained compound interest to me and was polite and friendly all the way through the process.”
