“Greeted by a helpful lady on arrival.Our query was delt with by a delightful lady who took us into a cubicle for privacy where she explained things to us in detail and also made us aware of other Santander products.(Upgrading to a new phone can be a little tricky when it comes to online banking.)However, Santander security is excellent even though inconvenient at times.”

Never long queues and always very clean and a nice atmosphere inside.

A minor gripe is that the main entrance has a handle on it, so you assume you have to pull the door but you have to push the door to get inside.

“Only four stars , mainly due to their opening hours. They close at 3:30 pm why ? Many other banks close at 4:30 or 5pm .Staff polite and customer service is good . Sometimes you have to quee which is expected in any bank. Gillingham branch is closed so the that remains is Chatham.”
