231 High Street“I went there today because of suspected fraud and got not only this done but many other things I wanted to do for ages. I received an absolutely fabulous service from Janine. She has been the kindest the most professional and helpful, despite the fact that I came with many different problems. Did not send me away to the website like some other people do but helped me there and then immediately. I am so grateful! This is a model customer service as it used to be, before the horrible telephone banking. Please do not close the Chatham branch!”

139/141 High Street“Went un here today to pay some change in , little queue, but I can't praise the staff, there was an elderly gentleman, not good with modern tech and the member of staff couldn't do enough ,afloatung member of staff freeing up queue and customer service lady getting off her station to help when she was free, guy who served me polite friendly and professional, can't fault the ntean and good team playing, I'm well impressed, thankyou halifax chatham x”
