Bought an apple keypad online but it was the wrong one, took it back to the store to replace for the right one but as it's opened they won't do anything, go online fill in a form then wait 14 days, crap service, jobs worth staff not understanding a thing about customer service, more like it's too much agro we can't be bothered... read full comment
