E consult is not fit for purpose. I have serious concerns about safe guarding here. I rang this morning and got through straight away, was told I was 2nd in the queue got through to reception at 8.05am but was told all the appointments had gone and to try tomorrow to get an appointment for Saturday, surely this cannot be right? There was no problem with the doctor, the doctor sent me for another test because of the suspected cancer! only one thing was wrong, the doctor didn't tell me to call another health service on the NHS to make an appointment for the next test! !
