E consult is not fit for purpose. I have serious concerns about safe guarding here. The receptionists are a significant risk to patients safety.This is the 2022 CQC summary:Safe ? I rang this morning and got through straight away, was told I was 2nd in the queue got through to reception at 8.05am but was told all the appointments had gone and to try tomorrow to get an appointment for Saturday, surely this cannot be right? I am really in need of an appointment with a doctor but is there any chance I will get one when I was number 2 in the queue at 8am I assume it will be the same any day I ring now is it better to come into surgery to get one pleasecan you help me.Margaret Carmel Woodley

There was no problem with the doctor, the doctor sent me for another test because of the suspected cancer! only one thing was wrong, the doctor didn't tell me to call another health service on the NHS to make an appointment for the next test! ! The problem is with the NHS system! why do I have to call another service when I have a serious health problem, why is it not possible for the GP to refer patients straight away to the next test when an appointment is needed immediately and finally why I couldn't get an urgent appointment when on average £3000-3500 a year National Insurance i pay and have never been sick in the 9 years i have lived in the uk! I would like to know where these amounts are? And by the way, I've been waiting for the urgent appointment since the 14th of December 2023! But you know a day's delay is too much when you're dealing with a serious health issues like my suspected cancer!

I've seen all the bad reviews here, but personally I've never had a problem with GMC; they've always treated me very well. Most people only leave reviews when they feel a need to shout at the world about how badly life treats them, so we very rarely hear about the positive aspects. I suspect that the majority of these comments are left by those who enter the surgery with a bad attitude, get into an argument, then blame the staff for their own lack of humanity. Shame really.

These receptionist are just idiots with a low iQ this is why they sit in a chair doing nothing, Libby is a woman off very low iQ has been reported for neglect to patients and Sharma who is meant to be a doctor clearly is not has an iQ off about 20 how the hell are these titled doctors, they got the job because off there qualifications and nothing else, as she inpaticula never diagnose the correct illness and she has been a doctor for 30 years, she will be reported for neglect also, and all those receptionist have an iQ off around 10 and that is being generous.

Wish I could give 0 stars, awful delivery model, rude and impatient staff and so many trainee doctors. Never seen the same doctor twice and usually wait at least 2 weeks for appointments. Can?t believe we are paying for this service. Appalling!

Always treated with courtesy and professionalism when I visit. I've always had excellent care. It has a very helpful pharmacy as well

I never don't recomande this medical center. They lose my blood test, they lose my test. They are very bad to help you and very rude Indian lady on reception. So dont register here never. They not give you support. And they ask money for evrithing.

My son was seen by Dr Sharma a few months ago with a high temp she didn't check his ears or throat and sent us home with the guidance to "use calpol he will be fine" only for me to take him to urgent care the next morning who gave him antibiotics as he had ear, throat and chest infections! Complained to the surgery and said I didn't want her to see my son again. My complaint clearly wasn't taken seriously as my son saw her again last week, again with a high temp and refusal of fluids and food, again we were sent home and told "he will be fine" I immediately got him seen elsewhere only to find out he has infections in both ears. STEER CLEAR!!

Never answers the call immediately. Being a hospital, please attend patients calls, as we need help or advise or immediate attention.
