“I've seen all the bad reviews here, but personally I've never had a problem with GMC; they've always treated me very well. Most people only leave reviews when they feel a need to shout at the world about how badly life treats them, so we very rarely hear about the positive aspects. I suspect that the majority of these comments are left by those who enter the surgery with a bad attitude, get into an argument, then blame the staff for their own lack of humanity. Shame really.”

“Tried to get appointment by phone,very busy ,got through to be told all appointments have gone,receptionist very apologetic, l did this twice.Decided to do an e consult at 8.00am which took 15 mins ,within 2 hours l had an appointment on Saturday at Shorne which l was happy with.l know this is not ideal for everyone but a lot of people are ill ,including GPs and resources are under strain so that's why l have given 5 *Well done Istead Rise and thankyou.”
