Receptionists enjoy their power trips. They only work for the money. They do not care for patients and should not be working in the health industry. It's a shame. Tried to get appointment by phone,very busy ,got through to be told all appointments have gone,receptionist very apologetic, l did this twice.Decided to do an e consult at 8.00am which took 15 mins ,within 2 hours l had an appointment on Saturday at Shorne which l was happy with.l know this is not ideal for everyone but... read full comment
